week 12 new looks: the true essence of layering?

i have developed quite the affection and attachment to the jersey top/jacket that i am wearing here.  something very attractive to me about the "tail". i particularly like it as a base layer in a layering situation. more visual interest from the side and back. the layering is actually apparent to those seeing me. as opposed to just me knowing that i am layering. probably the true essence of layering (in a styling sense). other comments: i think i prefer the skirt version of the outfit, over the trousers version of it. and, still making use of that way of half-wearing a pullover top. from my perspective, such a practical body temperature control trick.

i am wearing rundholz dip 222 (jersey top/jacket, pullover, trousers, skirt and sneakers).

Love everything in your latest pictures. The styles and colour. Seeing the outfits on a real person/purchaser gives a better idea of how they look. I need to invest in this excellent brand!

Rundholz's reds are always amazing.

I am back almost a month later to say that I am literally obsessed with this colour. I can't find it anywhere though! Not online at least and Rundholz is not a popular brand in Australia so it may never appear here at all. I know I'm being a bit dramatic but I just can't stop thinking about this gorgeous colour.

pricklypear: you will get absolutely no argument from me about how wonderful the colour is. i also don't think you are being at all dramatic. if i recall correctly, in australia, you would be shopping for the a/w 2022 rundholz collections as the s/s 2023 rundholz collections are being sold in most of the german based and uk based online shops that carry a lot of rundholz. i know of a new zealand based online shop -- et vous i believe it is called -- that carries rundholz, but i don't know of any online shops that are australia based. i usually browse the new zealand based online shop after a/w is over for me to see if i can pick up some a/w pieces that i may have missed out on or that were not stocked by my go to online shops. there wasn't a lot of this particular red colour when i was shopping for a/w 2022 -- there seemed to be a preference for black, grey and sand -- and when this particular red did pop up it sold out fast. i know that there was a similar red in the mainline and black label collections, but not the exact same red as this one from the dip collection -- the mainline colour was darker and the black label not as saturated. i don't recall seeing any of this red in the new zealand based online shop that i mentioned.

I did manage to get something in vulcano! It's a many-layered oversized assymetric dress. I hope I have the courage and the occassion to wear it! I would love to have the same sheer layering piece with the swallow's tail that you have but alas, I think it's not meant to be.

Since first commenting here, I also managed to nab a cardigan and skirt in that mainline red that you've mentioned. I am super happy with them and feel gorgeously warm in them. They are my favourite items this winter. (Please excuse me if this comment has already been posted. Some tech hiccup happened and it looked like it disappeared.)
