from the wardrobetales rundholz repository (no. 20 12 22 20)

turtleneck top? high roll neck top? not sure "turtleneck" is an appropriate word to use in connection with the rundholz dip label -- not fashion deconstruction enough. but then is "high roll neck" a fashion deconstruction enough phrase? so ... top. top and trousers combo. wearing lots of them during these stay at home times.

i am wearing rundholz dip a/w 2020 (top and trousers) and rundholz mainline a/w 2016 (boots).

I'm loving your blog and spending lots of time with it. Only recently have I begun purchasing Rundholz items. I haven't yet bought any of the drop crotch pants. Are they comfortable? is what I wonder. I see that the proportions of an outfit can require the lower crotch but wonder if I'll feel too "drawersy."

thanks for spending time on the blog! as for your question ... i love drop crotch trousers. i find wearing them a lot like wearing a skirt. in general. crossing your legs while sitting is definitely not easy to accomplish in them. but i will be honest that some are more comfortable than others. the crotch on the pair that i am wearing here is less dropped than on the pair that i am wearing in the december 18 post. the more dropped the crotch on the pant, the more it feels like wearing a skirt. i am going to guess that the less dropped the crotch, the more it might feel "drawersy" -- if one isn't used to wearing drop crotch pants. i would suggest trying on a few pairs with different rises (and in different fabrics -- stiffer and softer fabrics). i have found that people either fall in love with them and never look back or they just never get to like them. so many different options in the rundholz lines -- drop crotch trousers don't ever have to be a part of the equation!
