spring pleats

i recently discovered a new u.s. label: dressed to kill. known, i am told, for its fabrics as much as for its clothing construction. this dress/tunic is my third piece from the label. from my point of view, there is nothing particularly unusual about the fabric of the dress/tunic -- seems just like linen to me. my other two pieces, which haven't debuted on the blog yet, are definitely unusual both in fabric and in construction (the hem of a dress has a wire in it!).

i am wearing the alpen top, the pleat jacket and the delphi scarf by kaliyana. my trousers are by grizas and my dress/tunic is by dressed to kill. i am wearing the noon boot (box collection) by tripped.

You must have so much fun getting dressed every day with all your fabulous clothes.

yes, in general, i do have fun getting dressed. with this exception: when i have given myself only about five minutes to get dressed. then, sometimes, i get frustrated. so little time, so much choice! which is when i take a deep breath and tell myself go with my instincts. it usually works.
