september 2024 new looks: easy transition

first crop of new autumn/winter clothes. while i always like (love?) all my new rundholz dip clothes, i have found that favourites do emerge over the course of a season with them. i am already sensing some favourites among this first crop: the newspaper print coat and the suspender skirt. but in all honesty, with this first crop of new clothes, the gap between favourite status and just liking (just liking, hahaha!) a piece of clothing is very (very) narrow, barely a sliver.

except for the high top sneakers in photo nos. 5 and 6 (which are rundholz dip 123), i am wearing rundholz dip 224.

september 2024 archive looks: not that many

as i made the move from a spring/summer to an autumn/winter wardrobe in september, there weren't that many archive looks. i attribute this to the fact that the colour palette that i opted for for my new autumn/winter wardrobe was the same as the colour palette for my (outgoing) new spring/summer wardrobe, so the transition was smoother (more seamless) this year than in years past when the colour palettes of the two seasons were vastly different. it was easy to just start in with the new autumn/winter clothes. it felt like i was just continuing with spring/summer dressing. interesting. maybe i just found a way to ease my transition struggles!

photo nos. 1 and 2: i am wearing rundholz dip 223 (zip-up high top sneakers) and rundholz dip 214 (dress and sweat pullover).

photo nos. 3 and 4: i am wearing rundholz dip 223 (jacket), rundholz dip 123 (high top sneakers) and rundholz dip 217 (top and skirt).
