from the wardrobetales rundholz repository (no. 20 02 07 17)
i used to think that it was easy to wear one label head to toe. i used to think that mixing labels was difficult and i admired those who could do it successfully. i still think the latter. but now i think that wearing one label head to toe is as difficult. why? because it is a challenge to own one label, to make it your own, allowing who you are to shine through and not be masked by the label ... to wear the label instead of having the label wear you. does that make sense? sometimes i struggle with this. i am tempted to let the label determine how i should wear it. at times like that, i usually end up dissatisfied with the look. i am always happiest when i do it up my way.
i am wearing rundholz dip a/w 2015 (dress) and rundholz black label a/w 2016 (cardi, trousers and boots).

I never think of you as "wearing one label," even though you often wear Rundholz head to toe! I think this is because it so suits you but also because you mix up styles and seasons and just make it your own. You never look like any of the ads for the label (though you could be one!) : )
I've always said I like your version of Rundholz much better than any pictures I've seen elsewhere. They should hire you.
i think that working for rundholz would be a dream job. especially if getting some of the clothes were a perk! on the other hand ... would it be torture surrounded by so much clothing that i love? would i eventually become desensitized to the appeal of the clothes for me?
