week 13 archive looks: cautiously optimistic

might be closing the autumn/winter season with these archive looks (featuring some "new" pieces). i am cautiously optimistic that spring/summer dressing is around the corner.

i am wearing rundholz dip 223 (black cardi and jacket with pocket sleeves), 123 (high tops) and 220 (tops, trench jacket, jumper dress and trousers).

week 12 archive looks: how do i know?

some archive looks for the second to last week before the scheduled switch over to the spring/summer wardrobe. plus a new favourite bag. thinking about getting another one of these ... in a colour.

p.s. i reach often for the 220 dip collection, making we wonder if of the various dip collections i possess it is a favourite one. assuming it is a favourite one, i wonder what makes it so. colour? design? fabrics? fit? wearability?

week 11 new looks: jackets, a cardi and bare arms

have been away from the blog for a bit. mostly because i have been re-wearing outfits that have already appeared on the blog. so, basically, nothing to see here. the weather in my neck of the woods has been, well, the usual for this time of year. wintery for the most part with the occasional spring-like day thrown in. so layers work best. and having puffer jackets and light jackets to hand is a must. here is how i have been coping. i will leave it at that. still a few weeks to go before i change over to pulling from the spring/summer wardrobe. there may be one or two new outfits from the autumn/winter wardrobe before then -- if i am feeling particularly inspired. (honestly, february and march are always hard months for me -- lack of inspiration big time.)  otherwise, the next time i appear here, i will be wearing spring/summer clothes.
