from the wardrobetales rundholz repository (no. 20 08 19 17)

some time ago, i may have mentioned that i have embarked on a campaign to make myself "more buff". this has entailed working out four times a week more than previously (which was four times a week) and adding different workouts than i did previously. working out as often as this means i spend a lot of time wearing (not to mention, laundering) workout clothes and "athleisure" (which for me means clothes that are like workout clothes (e.g., "track pants", "track jackets" and skirts and dresses made of "workout friendly" material) that i wear to and from my workouts). super comfortable. but there is this one small problem: when i get used to wearing workout gear and "athleisure", i seem to forget how to dress casually wearing my "regular" clothing. this was outfit number four for a trip to the "summer fair" (and one of the four outfits was an "athleisure" one). now, i am not saying that one can't wear "athleisure" other than to take one to and from a workout. but, radical though i am when it comes to the look of my clothing, i still like to compartmentalize my outfits in a fairly traditional manner. maybe because i have so many clothes -- it seems a waste, for example, to have denim (which i can't wear to work, nor can i workout in it) and not take the opportunity to wear it on a casual weekend outing because i would rather live in my workout clothes.

i am wearing rundholz black label s/s 2017 (overalls, cardi and shoes).
