Hi. As always your garment selection is spot-on and looks fabulous on YOU (a compliment, since many fashionistas seem to select garments that are lovely by themselves, but that don't work for or represent them well as individuals).
I have a question I hope you might be able to answer since I see you are also a summer-sock-gal: have you found a reliable brand of fine, all cotton ankle socks that are comfortable with sandals and shoes/boots, don't ride down, and come in dark colors/black? I would be especially grateful for suggestions.
Many thanks, Jan

thanks, jan. to answer your question: i have yet to come across a brand of all cotton ankle socks for women that don't ride down. my favourite women's brand is hue. but i don't think hue makes all cotton "dress" socks. now to confess something: i am fortunate to have feet that are large enough (i wear a size 9/10 shoe) that i can wear men's socks. when i want all wool or all cotton socks, i head to the men's department. i have never had a problem with men's socks riding down and i can always find men's socks in dark colours. (i have been wearing men's wool socks for many winters now.)
