I have reached the conclusion that this year will be the year that I don't have luck with online shopping. First, there was the JCrew jacket with the missing belt. Now, I received the wrong sized boots from Lands End Canvas. The size shown on the outside of the box was the correct size, but the boots inside the box were two sizes too small. Now, Lands End (and, I assume, Lands End Canvas) promises "Satisfaction. Guaranteed. Period". We shall see. I wonder how many bad online shopping experiences it will take before I stop shopping online.
